The Felicity Station is celebrating the TCS Sydney Marathon, Australia’s Abbott World Marathon Major and one of the great city races on the international calendar. On Sunday, 30 August 2026, runners take on 42.195 kilometres from Miller Street in North Sydney, across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and through the city before finishing at the Sydney Opera House.

Race morning begins early. The elite wheelchair athletes start at 6:15 am, with mass participation beginning from 6:30 am. Official live and free nationwide coverage begins at 6:00 am AEST on SBS and SBS On Demand.

From The Felicity Station, we wish every runner, volunteer, official, crew member and supporter the very best of health. Run safely, look after one another, take in the harbour and the city around you, and above all — enjoy the Marathon.

Bringing Sydney’s Torch — and bringing Sydney home.
